I believe that we are approaching 1000 now. It was something I heard when buying mine yesterday. PS it was great meeting the new manager and signings yesterday. There was no talk of winning the league or spinning plates, just talk about getting our players fit and giving their all.

I was in the shop this morning renewing my season ticket - 3 people in the queue in front of me and they renewed 10 tickets between them.
I believe Falkirk had in excess of 2000 season ticket holders last season.

Is the season ticket system connected to the online system for people who renew in the shop?
I went into the shop and renewed directly on 27 June and got an email 15 July saying, “We have noticed that you have yet to renew your Season Ticket for the upcoming season. “
It does say to ignore if you have already renewed, but I’d have thought given I’d renewed 3 weeks prior, It would have registered that fact by the time the email was sent?!?

They probably took a cut of data as at the date you had to renew by to retain your seat. Every chance there is a bit of work involved in isolating season tickets holders then those that hadn`t renewed. I usually renew later in the close season and plan on doing so this weekend. In all my years of being a season ticket holder this is the first time I have heard of people being contacted and asked why they haven`t renewed. I was very pleased to get the email and it`s wee things like that that make the difference. Well done Pars. That said I am still panicking about lack of signings. I`m sure they will come though.

It`s encouraging to see these numbers for ST`s .
We`re told that ticket sales determine the budget that the manager has to work with .
Given numbers like that we should at least be able to compete with Falkirk , Q.o.S etcetera , and probably a lot of the championship clubs .
Surely signing Benedictus and Hamilton hasn`t emptied the pot has it ?

Some great numbers given the current squad and the lack of signings.
I do think we’ve been hampered more than falkirk and queens in terms of having more under contract players that we can’t shift for this season.
There must be at least 2-3 still to come in though, and if we are lucky a couple who are undoubted free to find new clubs manage to do so.
Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

Out of interest who have Falkirk & Queens signed that are any good?
Donaldson definitely & maybe Wilson at Queens (although almost permanently injured whilst here)
The rest are exactly the kind of jobbers that .net would dismiss out of hand if we signed them.

Did Falkirk not sign Stephen McGinn? Would certainly have signed him and maybe Connor Murray at queens.

Donaldson/McGinn/Murray would have been in positions we need strengthened. The likes of Ciaran Mckenna, Gary Oliver and Gavin Reilly are no better than what we have at present but I expect they`ll do well enough in this league. R.Quitongo, Sean Mackie and the likes of Michael Ruth are gambles whether it`s through fitness or ability at this level.
