Update your browser. An un-updated browser can be an issue for Google Calendar to not load. Simply go to the google chrome menu then update the version of the chrome browser through the “About Google Chrome” option. The install feature will be there and you can easily update your chrome browser through there.

Here are some of the most common causes of the Android parse error: The app is not compatible with your device. Your phone does not have permission to install the app. The file you are trying to install is corrupt, incomplete, or damaged
Googled the market meaning come up with the above still can`t work it out though lol

LochgellyAlbert …. just curious, I appreciate you did say ‚all of the fixtures‘ have the 1 hour offset, but …. grasping at straws a bit here, after BST ends on Oct 30th are the fixtures from then on definitely still out by 1 hour?
Another option might be to try setting BST off …. see if that makes any difference? That might mess with all of the entries in your calendar though; so if you already have entries which are the correct time, they might drop back an hour …. Could be simply switching back to BST will sort that - obviously your call on that though.

On checking, after October 27th fixtures have correct time on clock setting BST+1.
If I disable the time zone the fixtures after October go up by 1 hour.

LochgellyAlbert …. Not 100% sure, but from what you say I think at least some of the problem might be attributed to how your phone‘s time is setup?
So, brief outline of time references:
GMT - the time at the prime meridian (line from North Pole to South Pole passing through Greenwich)
UTC - same as GMT
BST - British Summer Time (so, GMT+1 or UTC+1).
Most devices/computers typically have an internal clock, usually its default setting is UTC. The actual time that any given device displays is usually adjusted to reflect the timezone that it is being used in.
Example: a device being used in Paris or Berlin will typically display the local time which is 1 hour ahead of GMT/UTC (= GMT+1). So when it is noon in Dunfermline, it will be 1pm in Paris or Berlin.
BST can be a source of confusion and frustration, but as most of the western world seems to embrace this Daylight Saving concept. - we’re stuck with it.
Now, when BST ends, I would expect your device (and everyone else’s) to be using UTC. But, from what you’ve said, it appears to be going to UTC+1 (as the fixtures after October go up by 1 hour).

-
This might be the root of the problem …. and why the fixtures during BST are showing as starting at 16:00. Your phone‘s internal clock seems to be UTC+1. With the timezone enabled the fixtures, after BST ends, start at 15:00? Which is correct. And this does follow the daylight saving rules (spring forward, fall back).
It sounds as though there may be an additional problem, in that the way the fixtures are being loaded into the calendar, an extra hour is (somehow) being added during BST.
You have also mentioned BST+1 ….. which I’m not sure about? Technically, BST+1 would be UTC+2 (or GMT+2), so not sure if that is also a contributing factor?

From the settings info you have posted LochgellyAlbert, it does sort of suggest that the problem could be due to the Samsung A41? Or, perhaps more likely, the Calendar app on the A41?
I‘m using iPhone and, like your iPad, the fixtures loaded in ok.
I actually have Google Calendar installed on my iPhone, but the fixtures loaded into the iPhone’s own calendar - but that‘s a settings thing (it is possible to make the Google calendar the default … I believe).
A possible alternative you might want to consider is installing the Google Calendar app onto the A41 …. then make the Google Calendar the default - I think this means a bit leg-work on the Samsung [I just googled „make Google calendar default on a41 Samsung“ - you should find suitable instructions from there] …. once that is set, try downloading the fixtures again - hopefully the Google calendar will work better than the Samsung calendar.
Or, just live with the Samsung times until November :}
