That’s awful news - I knew he was terminally unwell, but it’s no less sad that he’s gone. He was, as others have said, a really terrific goalie. RIP Andy.

One of the top 10 greatest keepers ever in my eyes. Some of the saves he made would have been guaranteed goals with the majority of keepers. Very sad news. Taken away very young. RIP

Was an absolutely fantastic Goalie - personally I`d have had him as Scotland`s number 1 ahead of Leighton in the `98 World Cup (although I`ll happily concede that Leighton was also a brilliant `keeper).
