Article on COWS. Bill Hendry confirmed as Head of Operations and Greg Shields as Head of Football. Greg will be responsible for transition of players from the academy to the first team. Both will report direct to David Cook.

Good news this , it plays to Shieldsโ strengths more than being involved with the first team, gives some structure to the new academy, and both new roles report into the CEO which should give them some accountability and direction
