I agree. But what is your prediction ?
Just a bit of fun, no money involved so no fence sitting or ambiguity required.

If we continue timidly passing the ball to their keeper rather than shooting at his goal, we might edge it 1-0.
If we put a bit effort behind 50% of our chances it could be 3-0.
Clean sheet either way.

The fact that we have very disappointingly failed to strengthen and will most likely start with the same team that struggles to finish chances makes me worry. Defence still looks strong so probably 0-0

I am quietly optomistic, and feel we will score a few goals but wont concede, so hunch at 3-0.

2-1 queens, they have started poorly and usually a visit from the pars is just what a team struggling needs.
Struggle to see us scoring more than one goal a game at the moment and it’s hard for the defence to keep it so tight every week.
Would take a draw to be honest.
Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

90% of you were off the mark. Maybe we should start believing a wee bit in this team.

Well said, PARrot. I keep wondering where the challenge is going to come from. I`d say Airdrie were the best of those we`ve played so far but somehow they managed to lose 6-0 at home today. Even allowing for having a man sent off that`s a bit of a shocker from them.
Just wait until we get our squad up to full strength! There`s a great spirit in the team just now and a great hunger to win the ball back. We stopped playing football in the second half today but defensively we are very well organised.

Apologies. I didn`t actually count. It was just the feeling I got speed reading the thread but I do think we should have a bit more faith in them.

The challenge will definitely come from Falkirk. Don’t be fooled into thinking a slip up against Kelly rules them out.
We will find out soon enough what they are made of.

Think you'll find we already know
Other than the fact "it`s Falkirk" and they have the rape apologist in charge there`s nothing to fear from them.

I think you will find Falkirk right up there at the end of the season.

Hard to say as it is early days. It will all come down to who we sign in the next three weeks.
If McPake gets it right then we will be up there challenging for sure, if he gets it wrong then we will struggle imo in the second half of the season.
Let me give you a prediction in early October.
But for the moment if we don’t add three good uns I think we will be third or fourth, if we do then we can win it for sure.
