Was looking forward to a wee trip to Hamilton tomorrow. Maybe another time.

Interestingly you can still go to see Hamilton tomorrow, but you will need to go to the Victoria Palace Theatre in London. That hasn`t been cancelled.
Or you can go to see the cricket. They have finished with all this respect stuff and are allowed to play tomorrow. Lower league Scottish footballers mustn`t be as efficient.

There`s already speculation that games will also be postponed next weekend. I`ll bet the midweek European club games will go ahead. That would be bizarre. Should we not all be officially mourning continuously rather than start-stop-start?
Not your average Sunday League player.

I don`t get the logic of it. Just like during the lockdown, essential workers will be expected to turn up. Certain leisure activities will be available but not others. I bet the vast majority of football fans would still choose to go to the game if they could.

Rangers asked UEFA to cancel next weeks Napoli game.
UEFA informed Rangers that if they did, it would be an automatic 3-0 defeat.
Rangers quickly agreed, stating that this “would be the best result we’ve had in ages”.

Not ages Luxembourg par, just a week and a half but very funny all the same.
But when you add up the combined scores of our 3 European representatives in the past week, the aggregate score of 11-0 is staggeringly bad for our game.

It may be because they are not single-day events and they had already suspended play today.

Yes DBA, I have been known to raise a few ripples of laughter at parties but on the sunny side of life DAFC are top of the league and hopefully our three European representatives have got the bad game out of their system early and things will only get better.
