 Online tickets

I have never bought a ticket on cows before..as i am a season ticket holder normally buy from club. Anyway just bought a ticket for a friend..does this need printed off for entrance or do i just scan the phone..thanks

You can either print it off or scan it at turnstiles

When I’ve bought tickets for league cup games etc, I’ve never had any issues just scanning the barcode from my phone. Didn’t have to print at all.
