McPake said in The Couruer that everyone is available other than Paul Allan.

If he`d been wearing a moon boot against Airdrie he might have converted that early chance he had.

Exactly. Gives him a bigger sweet spot. Having said that it would be good to see him score against his old team.

With O`Hara out, who do you think will play up front?
Surely, Toderov will be first choice? Alongside McCann or Wighton? Will he play two up front, or one? Surely, in a game like this, he won`t revert to three? Or will he???
So many questions... at 2pm, when the team sheet is published, we will know the answer.
Four hours, forty minutes to kick-off. I am already buzzing for this...

Play Mochrie off Toddy and start Hamilton.
We do seem to be kept in the dark to a degree regarding players injuries.
Unless coincidently O.Hara and Allan were both injured on a Friday ?

O Hara wasn’t injured on a Friday, he was at QMH on Wednesday morning in a moon boot. Presume manager didn’t know the outcome so didn’t say.

Making announcements `re injured players can be helpful to the opposing manager. He can then more likely work out who`s playing and how they`ll be set up. 🙁
Not your average Sunday League player.

The interview with the manager which is shown on COWS on a Thursday seems to be recorded earlier in the week so any views he gives on availability of players can be misleading. I`ve never understood why the interview can`t be held later in the week, possibly remotely if he and Burty can`t get together.

Pre-Match Interviews are recorded on Thursday lunchtimes, Wee Eck; the exact same time as the written press talk to James etc. It is only on the odd occasion that interviews are conducted earlier in the week for a Saturday match.

I`m quite glad we are not getting updates that players have become injured or are carrying niggles, the only thing that does is tips off the opposition, and makes it easier to get their tactics organised.
We don`t really need to know

Cheers, Burty. I can only assume he`s being `economical with the truth` regarding injuries! Are you never tempted to ask him what`s happening re new signings? There`s a lot of interest in that among the fans.
