Just my opinion.

1. Falkirk…. By a mile….
2. Airdrie
3 Kelty
4. Pars

QOS/Alloa might just nudge us into 5th/6th. Then there is Edinburgh and Montrose to consider……mmm ?

Maybe I am being waaay too optimistic suggesting we can even make the play offs…

I`m sure you`ll get long odds on Kelty getting third.

Falkirk? We made them look good first half and should’ve had them beat 2nd half. I didn’t see anything to fear them

Airdrie are hardly setting the heather alight. Very inconsistent. They can score goals but also concede plenty. Falkirk had a very poor start but are slowly climbing. Edinburgh City have hardly lost since we beat them comfortably. Our best form has been away from home on plastic.

It would have been over at half time as a contest if Falkirk had capitalised on the openings created in the first 45 minutes.

`It would have been over at half time as a contest if Falkirk had capitalised on the openings created in the first 45 minutes.`

So Falkirk showed the same weakness we have shown - an inability to convert chances when on top. How does that make them better than us? It`s that sort of logic, which is often expressed on here, that puzzles me.

I made Falkirk favourites at the start of the season and I stick by that. They have ourselves and Airdrie at home this quarter and so will be looking to get 4 or 6 points from those two. If they do that I won`t be surprised if they go on to win the division. We`ve played them both at home and only picked up 2 points. Think we`ll finish 2nd or 3rd but the play offs give me the fear.

I would bite your hand off for second or third. Having said that with our atrocious record in play offs it probably won’t matter…

We will come close to winning the league but i think we might just come up short but will go up through the playoffs.

My top 4 will go like this

1.Falkirk
2.Dunfermline
3.Airdrie
4.Queen of the South

Depends on perspective - conversley Falkirk were able to close out a 2-0 lead on Saturday, while we snatched a late draw from the jaws of victory.

How have they got fewer points than us then? Why choose one game when we have played 8?

Yep. We also got draws against Airdrie and Falkirk. They got pumped twice. Thoughts? Or does that not suit your anti-DAFC agenda?

Of course. It would be a nice change if some of them were in support of the club we all claim to love

No one`s denying you an opinion but I don`t understand your logic. Last season I seem to remember you were always telling us the table doesn`t lie.

They don’t - that’s how we ended up being relegated.

This season is only 8 games in - too early to be making final observations.

Went for 3rd or 4th and stick by that, injuries and suspensions will catch up with us.

Had Falkirk in to win and stand by that, have decent experience in squad and best team we`ve played so far.

If pushed I`d predict Falkirk to win the league. But I`m not going to go on and on and on about it though. Plain weird. You`d think they`re miles ahead by some of the chat on here not *checks notes* BEHIND US in the league after almost a full quarter.

You really need to widen your perspective slightly IMHO. It does seem to me that you revel in our rivals' positives whilst totally dismissing anything good we do.

Not a lot to revel about in throwing away a 2-0 lead with minutes to go.

Just my mindset.

Yeah that was a sh1te result on Saturday. Performance was poor as well. But it`s done now. The team have been pretty decent on the road so onwards to Alloa, eh? COYP!

it’s difficult, i think we will win league, but very tight, however stupid matches against peterhead could have a huge effect.
we needs to score better in matches where we dominate and scrape results where we struggle
still need a calm goal scorer, not a panic merchant, we also need to stop greedy glory hunters around goal, where they have say 1% chance of success but still go for it
sadly not convinced we are doing either at present
