Excellent game today, first senior goal, set another up and very good all round play. Shame he got injured and had to go off. More to come from him I suspect.

Just a knock, according to Dave Mackay made worse by the fact the half-time interval meant his ankle stiffened up without exercise.

He could be a real asset for the remainder of the season.

Agreed, and playing in a more advanced position, he looked a real threat every time he got the ball. With Mochrie and Hosler and indeed Edwards running at their defence we had a triple threat. Even Wighton had some penetrating runs on the left wing in the second half.

Gordi-b - it says on his player profile the loan was initially until January so I hope there’s an option of extending

A new manager inbound at Ibrox. He may want to look at the whole playing staff. Hopefully not.

I think it’s safe to say the next new manager at Ibrox will not be prioritising assessing obscure young loan players down in the third tier of Scottish football.
If we get him in the starting 11 more often through December, I’d say there’d be a decent chance we could extend his loan here until the end of the season.

Can’t play for anyone else this season and won’t be around the first team. So decision for any new Rangers manager would be deciding whether he’d be better playing in lowland league, or league 1. If we want to keep him and he wants to stay, they’d be mad not to let him stay.
