Just asking......... With all the rain we`ve already had and with more forecast the pitch must be saturated.

We have quite a good record dealing with heavy rain fall, one exception being when ridiculously rainfall occurred on a hard pitch early season vs rovers about half hour before KO

I’d be shocked if it’s off, it’s not rained in Dunfermline all day I don’t think. Forecast for rain but no weather reports that it’ll be particularly bad and not to go below 5 degrees.
Also, given the call offs in the last few weeks I’d expect the club would at the very least have commented tonight if they were expecting a problem tomorrow.

Dundee game off again today against P Thistle. They can`t blame it on the Tay being flooded because they must be a few hundred feet above sea level. Just a lack of proper drainage installation.

It’s going to be a farce with 40 mile an hour winds forecast for the whole duration of the game. The “joy” of playing football in Scotland in the middle of winter.

Conditions are a part of the game at anytime of year. Got to deal with them and get on with it

Peterhead will be well on there way down the road....I am sure they would have had some sort of guarantee that the game would go ahead... its been raining through the west for days I was sure the game would be in doubt....unless it gets worse through there then the game will be on

This morning was a nice sunny perfect winter day for football so I`d have said that even with the overnight rain, the game shouldn`t be in doubt.
Just got back from the town in a heavy shower tho, but it`s off & trying to be sunny again now.
Hopefully it can stay off so we dont have to swim to the ground, lol.
