What time do they normally shut the road before the end of the game ? Was hoping to get picked up in the Iceland car park, due to mobility issues. Just wondered how early a car would need to be there for ? Cheers.

They haven’t been shutting it before the game, only after.
The lights have been put between the Aldi entrance EEP, almost the second the whistle blows, so a car should have no problems getting in a few minutes before final whistle. Getting out you will need to wait.

Thank you waiting is fine. The aimless wandering trying to find where my lift had found a space to wait not so much. Thank you.

According to parkopedia, that carpark is for Aldi/Iceland customers only and has a 1hr 30min max stay.
So maybe get your lift to arrive 10mins early and go buy a pack of biscuits so that they get a receipt, then wait for you. That way they won’t risk getting a parking fine, and they will be right where you need them to be.

Aldi/Iceland carpark is a 2 hour parking limit. It is enforced by camera monitoring and takes 2 weeks to be delivered if they levy the parking charge of £70 or cheaper if paid within a few days. I got my own for 2hrs 19 minutes quashed as I was shopping in both stores, this was 5 weeks ago.

Supporter information that came out yesterday- doesn’t give a time unfortunately
“Post Match Road Closure
Dunfermline Athletic can confirm that going forward, following first team matches at KDM Group East End Park, there will be traffic management points in place directly outside the stadium.
These will allow supporters to disperse the ground safely during a 15 minute spell following the final whistle.”
