Hi all,
As part of my 2nd year University placement at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club, I am undertaking a research project which looks at how connected the fans feel to the club and what could be improved to allow fans to gain more interaction, leading to improving fans overall experiences with the club.
I am looking for DAFC fans to take part as well as people within the local community of Dunfermline, Rosyth etc to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete so all responses are appreciated.
I will also be creating a presentation after analysing the data collected which will be reported back to the club which may see changes being made, allowing for fans to share an even better relationship with the club.

What about hospitality (where you may get to meet and chat to old players) and Legends/ Charlie D’s and being a Centenary Club supporter, PST supporter or a shareholder (Patron) ? Also what about role of ParsTV for expat fans?

Done. Might be worth changing the expected duration of the questionnaire from 30 minutes to 5. It might put people off doing it if they think they need to commit 30 minutes when in fact it will take only a few 😀

Hi all,
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has taken time to complete the questionnaire. The response rate has been high and there have been plenty of answers provided which I will analyse to then show David Cook and the Board on what the club should be looking to do going forward in the near future.
I will be looking to give my presentation in Mid-April so the questionnaire remains open for now and hopefully, my presentation to them will encourage any changes to be made which helps all you guys as fans have an improved experience in and around the club.
