Pretty fair assessment of the game I thought. I must say I was expecting more from Falkirk than they produced on the night. They were very complimentary about McPake and his ability to get the better of McGlynn for the second time in a row.

I thought they were pretty fair. Decent assessment of the game. Their complaints were all justified in my opinion.
I’d question why they raved about Donaldson and their RB. Thought both were very poor second half. We kept attacking down that side and getting a lot of joy from it. Other than that though, I thought their summary was fair enough. Acknowledged we were the better team. Acknowledged that McPake seems to have worked them out. Even done a bit of research to discuss McPake changing his team/shape based on who we’re playing and questioning why they don’t do the same.

Never seen this before but, dare I say it, I quite warmed to these two Falkirk fans. Both magnanimous in their analysis of tuesdays game. I hope we both go up.

Its actually very good. A proper fans podcast. Talks about the current team, reviews the past game, previews the next game.
Wish we had something similar. Dare i say the only thing they are doing better than us this season :-)

We try to do it on a monthly basis, don`t have time each week 😄
There`s no way they get as high quality guests as us though. Recorded our next interview this morning and I have to say, he was some fn player.

We used to do Black & White Noise, which is found on COWS. It`s been a while though. The last one was with Dan Pybus.
It needed to be better managed along with the club so that it was more regular and so that we could get a guest. It was always well intentioned but so many other things going on that it never had top priority - and then we had last season, where nobody really had the motivation to talk about the season once a quarter.
I am sure it could be reprised, especially now that David Cook is on the scene.

Mibby ***** football but that same ***** football has seen us win more games than them lose less games than them and score more points than them but I’m guessing the saying points win prizes isn’t something used very often in banjo land given they have won the square route of F all

Yeah, they don`t tend to have guests as such (although they have had some board members and I think McGlynn and Smith) so it`s more a fan run thing for fans by fans. Think where they`ve done well (and Alloa do the same) is that they`ll sometimes get a fan of their next opponents on to preview the next game.
Black and white noise was decent although it was very in-house and official sounding, whereas now there are two podcasts with regular "star guests" on (East End Tales and the one Miley our ex-chief exec does - possibly just called Walking Down the Halbeath Road?) but we don`t have a review/preview/gossip type podcast. Not that I`m volunteering to do one, they sound like very hard work and it`s already a crowded field when you add in the Terrace, PLZ, Open Goal etc.

It was us that went to the club re Black & White Noise - the thinking being it would have to be in-house to get players/staff currently at the club and to get it promoted officially so that it had some reach.
I`d be happy to re-start it, but we`d need the club to want it to happen. Maybe some help for Michael re the edit too.
It got a bit of criticism as there was sometimes a bit of a gap between the recording and it dropping, but sometimes there was 2+ hours to go through, it was voluntary and he has other stuff going on - like a job, family, etc.
It is easier to do now though via Zoom. When we started, we had to get everyone in the same room, normally at East End, and then find a place to do record which was both quiet and had reasonable sound quality. I think we we`ve tried in the executive boxes, the centenary suite, Mo Hutton`s room and Marv`s emporium!

Always liked John when he was on Football Daft. Thought he was the only one with a clue about football between him Grado and the other two. It became hard listening to the other three just obsess about the old firm.
Had to laugh at the `they weren`t even that good remarks`. First half we sat back but we were excellent in the second half. Also they applauded Coll Donaldson`s performance.. Matty Todd is still giving him nightmares! I agree he handled Wighton well - at least in the first half.
I would love to hear a podcast that review our games - even with a player involved or former player but understand that would take a lot of time and effort. I know TN10Y used to do a decent weekly podcast going over the games but think that`s quarterly now.

That`s what Black and White Noise did, albeit around 3-4 times per season.

I thought they came across not too badly till the end when they started mocking the Big City display, they clearly didn`t understand the play on lyrics, mind you they probably listen to Sam Smith couple o pricks.
