“The DAFC and The Pars Foundation Walk and Talk event takes place tomorrow. Meeting at the cycle path car park at Baldridgeburn at 10am.

Walking outside in the fresh air helps improve your mood and your mental wellbeing.

An incredible number of people joined in yesterday for the Dunfermline Athletic FC The Pars Foundation walk and talk during the holiday period. This is open to all, during the school holidays children accompanied with adults are welcome. Details of Fridays walk are coming soon.
