Terrible buffering with my current download speed on Ookla at 151 Mbps. Not sure if it is just me but about 2-5 secs is all I can get before it buffers again. Buffering even if I set it at 360
Follow up - There seems to have been a rockfall that has severed two undersea cables in the Congo Canyon that is reducing internet to a crawl. Thus problem is probably undersea cables rather than Pars TV

Apologies with the ticket update at my end
Seemed to be an issue for some getting access as the ticket didn`t get updated.
Those that came on the support chat were sorted quickly.
That`s the quickest way to get fixed.
That`s the first issue like that, caused by a software update ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
There was a couple issues reported with access to FIFEpay
I tried at time and appeared ok, will look into it
