Can`t understand why he`s frozen out McTominay. Suggests that he`s not a good man manager. Same applies to Arteta but he`s been slightly more successful.

Man U have spent some amount of money since Fergie left and they have made not one iota of progress. Always stand by what I said re: Moyes. They should have gave him at least 3 seasons. Now they have turned in to a complete merry-go-round with managers.
Who do you even get in? De Zerbi, as talented as he is, hasn`t won a major trophy in his career, and hasn’t managed a club anywhere near as big as Man U. I think he would flop there. Brighton is the best place for him. Maybe Zidane? One of the best players of all time, would get immediate respect, and has one everything with Real, including 3 UCL trophies as a manager.

Moyes did make a big mistake, with the benefit of hindsight, by firing all the backroom staff at OT and bringing in his own. It didn`t go down well with the squad, IIRC.

Looking at the defeat yesterday that was an embarrassment.
Certain players in that squad that cost millions are just not trying hard enough just jogging about etc. Ten Hag is way out of his depth as a man manager that can’t get the team to work as a unit.

He got United into champions league and two cup finals last season and 5 games into the new season and he’s out of his depth as a Man manager???? Really??? He’s dealing with years of mismanagement and indiscipline as well as a recruitment team not fit for purpose. If you take the example of Jason Sancho he was asked the question why isn’t he in the team, he didn’t lie he told the reporter who asked the question why he wasn’t in the squad. A £70m immature boy on £350k a week couldn’t take it. When Mourinho did the same to Luke Shaw, Shaw buckled down, grit his teeth and became an undroppable for both club and country. Ten Hag will turn this around but the clear out of those that are stealing a living will take a little longer than two transfer windows and before anyone says what about the players he’s signed. The players he wanted this season were Kane and Kim Min Jae, the recruitment team knew this for months and got nowhere so he’s left having to turn to the players he knows and trusts. It’s a shaky start to the season I’ll grant you but Ten Hag has been through tough times his single mindedness will see him through their current woes.

He has spent almost £400 million including £85m on Antony and £60m on Mason Mount.Kane was never going to Man U as Levy wouldn`t have let him go and he left to win trophies.
They have 6 points on the board, 3 were won against Wolves when Wolves deserved the win and had a stonewaller denied and the other 3 were coming from 2-0 down against 10 man Forest.I reckon he won`t last the season.He`s 3rd favourite after Heckingbottom and Dyche to get the punt next.

A no nonsense bid of £100m the fee Levy was asking for early in the transfer window would have secured Kane. They didn’t engage properly with Kim Min Jae, they took his word, Bayern on the other hand went to South Korea to meet him and his agent. That’s what a good recruitment team does. Mason Mount has played 2 games and has already been written off, Amrabat still to play, Hojland has 80 minutes in the bag, Anthony and Greenwood beyond his control, Varane, Shaw and Malaccia injured and the sulky little schoolboy Sancho has taken his ball home. The only one he had control over was Sancho and I think he’s played that one absolutely correctly. I don’t think United will panic, he’ll see it through.
