A lot of inexperienced managers getting a gig past few years.
Already many in the top flight. Good for the game or an indication of how poor the manager pool is?
Or possibly the impatience of society of demanding everything instantly, and managers are being forced out ever quicker ?
Ep.11 of East End Tales is out now- Jack de Gier!

New managers, new ideas - has to be good. Also means dinosaurs like Big Yogi are frozen out.... can`t be bad. 😀
Not your average Sunday League player.

The `dinosaurs` were new once. Like a lot of things in football (eg formations, tactics, preparation, training) managers eventually go out of fashion. Maybe the ones who survive are more adaptable.

To be fair i remember thinking when he was appointed, it would be an awful appointment, so fair play to him for the cup run last year.
Prob did enough there to get a shot maybe at league one or something at some stage.
As for new manager, hope they go for Peter Grant

But then there would be no advantage for any team as we would all secure full points for the rest of the season. ðŸ¤

Just don`t get the whole anti-dinosaur thing. One of the most successful groups of animals to have roamed the planet. For over 170 million years they dominated.

All destroyed by a Yogi and a headless chicken in their loin cloths to bring in the new age of dinosaurs.

Not sure why you`d have thought that when he was the one who`d turned around Neil McCann`s tenure (he had won one game before appointing Dodds as assistant, but they did far better once he was in post). I think he`s been hamstrung by injuries somewhat and Inverness having no money despite a Cup run that generated a fair whack last season. Not saying he was unlucky to get fired, just think it`s odd - but common - to.say you`d written him off before he got started.
