I was critical of Mehmet at the time for dropping the ball in the run up to the penalty however it does appear he was barged into by the Morton player. Outstanding athleticism from Welch-Hayes for his goal. Did well to get his head to the ball never mind direct it goalwards. He’s been a really good signing.

The penalty decision looked soft from 100 yards away and on seeing again, I still don`t think that`s a penalty. Most times, you get a free kick for the foul on the keeper immediately before it as well, but the referee yesterday seemed to want to let everything go.
I`d like to have seen the incident where Chris Hamilton was shoved in the face in the Morton box, before a bit more shoving led to the ref giving a Morton free kick. There wasn`t much of a shout for a penalty but I`m not sure why it shouldn`t have been. I don`t think the ref saw it as he was running back up the park, but the linesman must have.

Mehmet near got caught out a few times but made an outstanding save for the penalty. How on earth didn’t Brad Holmes finish that chance after beating the keeper with the header right after the penalty? He had the goal at his mercy!
Excellent result though and it looked like he had the more clear cut chances. That was a massive 3 points!

We`ve got as good a chance of any other team of grabbing that 4th place. Makes the game against Aird#ie huge*.

Just watched them finally.
That nearside touchline is a disgrace, a proper danger to anyone playing on that side.
Terrific penalty save by Mehmet, absolutely brilliant. Great stuff! Never a pen mind.
Loved Miles` header. Absolutely love this guy, I think he`s great at this level.

Never a penalty imo and Deniz looked clearly barged to the side in the lead up to it anyway.
Very happy to escape with 3 points as it was a game that could have turned either way.
