Anyone eles having trouble renewing season ticket for an under 12?
It`s saying I need an adult ticket aswell but I bought my adult and under 12 separate last year so it`s not letting me renew them together

I didn’t have an issue renewing mine, I entered in the adult season ticket long number first and it just pulled the U12 associated without needing to put that number in.

Anyone have any success adding the season ticket to Google Wallet? The app is useless as it needs a Web connection to load (can never get outside eep on matchday) but the Add to Wallet on the email and in the app doesn`t work either.
Same last season too. Would rather just have it on my phone than a physical.

I was one of the people that trialled it before it was introduced. Told them about it not working offline, or Wallet. They said thanks and clearly did nothing about it. Seeing as the club are no help, thought maybe someone on here could get it working.

All that’s needed is a screenshot of the QR code/barcode. Save it from the pdf confirmation that is sent after buying your season ticket.
That’s what I used last season, worked perfectly.

I think you misunderstand me . Its sad that the club didn`t reply on these issues. I`d have thought anything like this they`d give priority to. It`s not like we`ve got millions of customers, we need to provide the smoothest process possible for those that wish to spend to our club.

Won`t make every game but when i do my son will be there so was hoping to get an U12 season ticket on it`s own with me paying per game as £20 is a fantastic deal.
Won`t let you do it online as mentioned above but i`m sure if you explain over phone or in person it would be workable.

Bought 3 ticket end of season package and couldn`t transfer to wallet in March.
Posted on here looking for assistance, no replies!

If your card didn’t work in Wallet last year, check the date on the top right corner of the pass.
Mine was dated to expire 31 May 23, two months before start of season. I think it may be to do with when you purchased ie if you did it in the early bird time, it picked up the wrong season on the phone.

Yeah, club sorted that one fairly quickly too. All you had to do was remove from wallet, then re-add.
