Think they will bring 2500, maybe more and we should be matching that, so possibly 7k tops…sad thing is due to the apathy among our support just now it could have been at least 1500 more if we had invested in 1st team. Those at the top will need to start revising our gate receipts due to their short sightedness….
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Falkirk will be close to selling out their end. They’re on a high and will be expecting to give us a hiding.
Pars fans will turn out despite the current shambles on and off the park.

Yeah best chance falkirk will have had for a long time to steamroller us, they will come over in large numbers expecting to win.
Pars fans will be there more in hope than expectation.
Nothing like a new signing to galvanise the squad eh! Oh yeah…

Just had a Quick Look out of curiosity
North west is close to sell out
Norrie McCathie is probably only half full
Main stand probably only half full as well
I’m sure that’s starting to set alarm bells ringing hence all the messages on social media.
I’m expecting people will start buying tickets later in the week but considering the last time we played them at home was 9000 (only because the north east had issues and couldn’t be opened) it’s a major drop off. I reckon crowd will be closer to 6500 but hopefully more

We haven’t even sold out hospitality - for our opening league game of season v one of our big rivals. Says it all.

Yeah things are an absolute shambles and I`ve been critical for a good number of months now, but we need to get behind the team v this manky lot.

We’ve been getting behind the team for weeks (this season) and it’s not made and difference.
I’ll be there on Saturday hoping we can do something but if the players can’t get up for a match like this and put a good performance in for 90 mins then we serious questions have to be asked.

Falkirk end almost sold out, NW not sold out yet is worrying but it will sell out, Norrie and Main will have about 2k each. Crowd estimate 7798

Got ticket today and Norrie looks only half full. Long time since I have known such apathy, especially for a Falkirk game.
Really can’t see us getting anything tomorrow, however I remember a certain Dundee game when Leish was back in the dugout after Hay had been sacked. Toun was full of Dee fans and I fully expected us to lose and relegation would be a cert……we were 4 up at HT !

It doesn’t really matter tomorrow if the players are up for it or not, mcpake’s tactics will do more of a job on us than falkirk.

McPake tactics were pretty successful the last time we played them at EEP.
Clubs definitely on a downer just now and it’s not going to end well for McPake (it just doesn’t end well for managers these days) but we were uber crap under Grant and unbelievably crap under “I can’t believe I didn’t get that job, my CV speaks for itself” Hughes. Got to give McPake credit for at least settling things down and getting them playing like a team again. We can all see where it’s went wrong since (recruitment) and I really don’t know how much that’s got to do with him and how much it’s got to do with Cook

How many season ticket holders don’t go to the first home game of the season against Falkirk ?
Dont think the overestimation will be that much

Ticket sales picking up a wee bit.
NW virtually sold out bar 10 or 15 or so.
Norrie still tonnes of tickets but there`s definitely been an uptick. I`m not counting those red dots but I`d guess 1k out of the 3k free.
Main stand definitely shifted a few more.
7k minimum today. My guess would be official attendance of 7.5 or so.

Can you believe they spent all that money only to cap the capacity so low? Seems crazy there isn’t space to stand 1 or 2 deep round the edge of the pitch.
Put it this way, I played a season of rugby for the Howe of Fife, most weeks we’d have 500. When we were pushing for promotion we had 900ish and we were joiners

Possibly the most wide open league for years and we’re struggling to sign a keeper and fill a bench.
Hoping for a change of luck and a goal or 2 this afternoon from holiday on Crete

Probably negated by the fine we`ll get for morons lobbing stuff on the pitch again. Which of course the referee noted and spoke to one of our officials, so it`ll be in his report 100%.

And fans were getting angry at the ref for rightly noting it to both managers and the match commander 🤦🏻♂️
