I watched Livi`s highlights and David Martindale`s post-match interview. He said they were expecting our high press and I think he said the stats show we are the best at it in the Championship!??? He did have the good grace to admit we should have had a penalty.

I clocked their highlights this morning - the commentator was hot for an offside call on the first goal - sorry, no deal from the linesman.
Kane was really sharp there - great finishing.
Looked liked Livi might have been studying our defending of corners from earlier this season !!!

7:15 for the contentious penalty. Kane stops the ball inside the box and the impact from the keeper pushes him outside. The initial hit definitely looks inside to me.

watched the highlights and my first though was I`d like to see another angle of that incident. On the line is in the box so should have been a pen.

Thought it was a pen at the time and highlights haven’t changed my opinion

Wasn’t at the game but looks a clear penalty by the highlights, although I do wonder if Kane doesn’t do himself any favours by jumping straight up, but I suppose the decision has already been made.

The ref has to go with what he sees, with no replay.
It was in the box but he landed out it. He clearly jumped back in. That might have swayed the ref.

What a huge difference having Kyle back in defence.
The whole team plays better when he is there. A true,
good old fashioned defender, and leader.

A fit Benedictus should always start. His experience and leadership is invaluable and can compensate for a yard of pace he may have lost
