I would have thought that would have been more or less agreed.it would be a challenge for any team to work with an interim manager until the end of the season. If I were a player at EEP, I would be relishing the opportunity to work with NL and the management team. He clearly has passion for the game, passion for winning, passion to achieve the best you can be. If you want to be professional at any level you would want to be involved in that and step up to the challenge. I think this will bring in players of the same mentality and attitude. Football is a shirt career and it`s soon over. Why to achieve as much as you can on a personal level in the time you have.

Watching NL`s post match interview, and hearing the interview on COWS, I think that`s the first time he has sounded really disappointed with the players.
He`s maybe held back having a go until things were safe. It`s a sign of an intelligent manager, knowing when to use the carrot and when to use the stick.
