 Plumber/Joiner required

I've bought a stainless steel sink top and base unit to replace the old one in my garage.
I've managed to remove old sink and part of the worktop, base unit also removed.
I've tried to build base and now require Plumber to fit pipes and drainage pipe. Also think it requires a new work top.
Washing machine is fitted temporarily to get clothes washed.
Anyone out there who can help?
