His decision to enjoy life to the full whilst suffering from a terminal brain tumour is a brave and honourable one.

Hamilton Accies boss Billy Reid has moved quickly to secure Sean Murdoch on a 2-year deal to provide competition for Tomas Cerny following the departure of former Clyde, St Johnstone and Pars goalkeeper Bryn Halliwell from the Accies.

With Stephen Kenny dismissed after the 1-0 defeat at home to Dundee, Jim McIntyre took over as caretaker manager for the home match against Clyde on 8th December.
Having lost 5 of the previous 6 games, the Pars needed to improve and do so quickly if a second and even more disastrous relegation was to follow.....
