Highlights from interviews given by Jim McIntyre, Kenny Black and Rory Loy game against Airdrie United at East End Park.

Jim McIntyre
Jim is very honest and admits that his side were terrible in the first half and that Airdrie played very well to expose that. He was unhappy with the performances of the strikers who he felt could have done a lot more in that first period but is unwilling to name names. Rory Loy takes a lot of praise for his work rate and ability to go at defenders, Jim would be delighted to keep him on loan for longer but still has to try and work out a deal with Rangers. There is one more player on the horizon for the transfer window and the manager hopes that it can become a done deal.

Kenny Black
Kenny feels it was a much better performance than the last time his side came to East End and on another day it could easily have been 3 points. The two wide players may have some defensive deficiencies but Kenny is very happy with the way they worked the opposition up both flanks for the entire game. Although the manager realizes that the point is a good one, he doesn`t think that draws will be good enough in this division to keep his side up and is looking to go on a run of wins in order to remedy this.

Rory Loy
Rory managed to net his first goal for The Pars but there was suspicion of offside, however, he explains that players don`t think about this when they have the chance to bear down on goal and he is just glad to get on the score sheet. The young Rangers player is enjoying his chance to get first team football and would be happy to stay on for a longer spell, but his dream is to make it into the Rangers first team and if this loan spell helps him do that then all the better. So far Loy is happy with his own performances in games which he describes as sharper and quicker with the added pressure to get results, which will make him a better player.
