Dunfermline head off Down Under for 1st time!
Author: Jason Barber Date: Tuesday, 23rd Apr 2002This will be the first time the club have travelled so far in their history. The club will play a couple of games in NZ including one against the national team.
As well as the trip down under and the annual jaunt to Holland, the club have also pencilled in games playing away to East Fife on 17th July then Stirling Albion.
As usual, a couple of games have been lined up against English opposition also.
Provisionally booked are games against Preston North End and Birmingham at East End Park before the 2002/03 season kicks off.
Who needs the World Cup!
