Hampden - the lead up

What`s happening travel and ticket wise in the lead up to Hampden.

I hope to use this page for the last few days in the lead up to the semi-final at Hampden to inform people of where we are.

So, if you have not bought your ticket yet, then you`d better HURRY HURRY !

Don`t forget folks, the club shop in the Kingsgate and at the ground on Saturday is offering 10% , all season ticket holders qualify for a further 10% discount over and above. Don`t wait till the last minute, start stocking up NOW.

TICKETS
Sold over 6000 tickets at close of business today (Tuesday) in the Ticket Office and the shop will have sold over 1000. Over the past 2 days we have sold 429 and on that basis we would hope to sell another 6/700 by the weekend. There may be a late surge which could increase this number.

We are open until 8.00pm every night and the ticket office will be open 9.00am until 12.00 noon on Saturday. Plus the shop will also be open for any latecomers.

BUSES
The buses will leave from behind the east stand /North West
Stand, SHARP 12:30 ! i.e. all the Rennies double deckers will be down that side next to the garage(auto centre) with the rest of the Legends buses round the back alongside the cemetry side and the DASC buses flush against the NORTH WEST STAND. We are asking the fans to arrive early as we have at least 1500 fans leaving on the supporters buses.

The Legends buses will be clearly marked with the colour of the tickets/ name of the bus contract and the bus numbers on the side windows. The same goes for the dasc buses. There will be stewards available to direct the supporters to the exact areas. Also there will be a notice on the boarding as you enter the side road to indicate where to go.

The concourse at the Norrie McCathie stand will open for fans to walk thru to the back car park and the cafeteria will be open there for snacks , tea and coffee before we leave.

If you booked a ticket and have not picked it up then be quick - as they are being sold now on a first come first served basis (if in fact there are any left).

Entry to Legends will be by ticket only and this is fully booked. Unfortunately we were unable to persuade the licensing board to let us open the east stand for drinks before boarding the buses.
