Another vital game for the Pars - after a close victory for Dumbarton on Saturday plus off field distractions and possible points deduction this match is as important as ever. We need all three points from tonight`s clash with old rivals Falkirk. Let`s get right behind the team. COYP!

Another Saturday, another game – but for how much longer? Once again, pre-match chat revolved around announcements from the Steering Group, rather than team news. On the field, it look like the Pars might be coasting to a comfortable win after Ryan Wallace’s opener and an Andrew Barrowman double had given them a 3-1 lead. However, the Sons fought back to equalise before Stephen McDougall scored a late winner.

These are strange and worrying times to be a Pars fan. Rather than focusing on football matters, attention is turned instead to attempting to divine the intentions of wealthy individuals in metaphorically smoke-filled rooms or estimating the crowd size, all with the lurking fear that the next game could be our last. On the park, Andy Geggan equalised Greig Spence’s first half-goal, and although both sides had a chance to win it, a draw was a fair result.
What Would I do ??

I`m not going to get into why we are where we are as there is enough documented over the last week (and more), but one issue that I see that needs to get resolved now that we are in a precarious position is actually how much will people put together to try and save your club ?

The Pars roam to Starks Park for the SFL clash with local rivals Raith Rovers, who have very generously offered to pay to DAFC the rest of the entrance monies if our support is over 2,000. The Pars, struggling with financial constraints and actual existence, will be hoping that all Pars fans attend this game. COYP!

Just when all hope seemed lost, the Pars rallied from a 2 goal deficit to snatch a point at New Broomfield. Whether this is a portent of things to come, or merely false hope remains to be seen. On the pitch, it was goals from Husband, Wallace and Kirk that cancelled out goals from Blockley, Donnelly and McLaren.

These are bewildering times at East End Park. A Pars side bereft of confidence and mentally drained by recent shenanigans trooped off to a standing ovation at half-time, despite having shed four goals. A slightly better performance saw the damaged limited to those four (of which Steven Craig collected three). Off the field, discontent is growing, with a handful of banners being visible and an impromptu demonstration taking place outside the main stand after the final whistle.
