Community Open Day 30th June

Date: Monday, 17th Jun 2013

he Pars Foundation (Formerly the Pars in the Community Programme) are holding their annual Community Open Day down at Pitreavie`s Academy of Sport on Sunday 30th June with Hornes Pleasure Shows, Inflatables from Bedlam, Facepainting, Home baking and a BBQ (Weather permitting) all lined up plus more.

The day will start at 10am and will run into the afternoon with the Fife Soccer Seven`s also holding their Football Festival on the same day Pitreavie will be a great place to come to and bring the family.

The Pars Foundation is now running the DAFC community programme as a Charity to ensure the security of the programme and that local children can continue to get the coaching in schools and out of school.

Events like the open day are a great way to bring the community together, have a fun family day and help raise funds for the charity so we can continue to run the programme and build on it making DAFC a Community Club once again.

If there are any local companies that would like to sponsor one of the inflatables on the day and have their company logo on them please contact gregor@theparsfoundation.org or call 01383 742746.

The cost of an advert is £50 and will be seen on the day by all in attendance. The Pars Foundation currently see over 750 children a week as well as those we are contact with through other programmes and all are invited to attend the open day so it may be well worth your businesses time.
