9th or 10th at the moment. I’m still holding out hope we can bring in a little bit quality/experience in January.

Friday doesn’t fill me with confidence either. We can’t buy a goal let alone a win and we’re travelling to a place we haven’t won at since 2017. Can’t say I’m overly surprised with how this season is panning out though.

Not quite sure how anyone can say we`ll finish below QP, Airdrie and Morton. We`ve beaten them all, 2 of them quite comfortably.

I`ll go for 6th/7th.

I must be a pessimist because I`d take 8th if offered right now. Only Morton and QP are likely to be below us, and QP will pick up if their manager changes.

The performance may have been better against Rovers but we`ve still lost three in a row without scoring a goal.

Benedictus coming back should make us considerably harder to beat so that`s a positive.

Agree with the points above on Jak and O`Halloran, neither have improved us so far.

We will comfortably survive relegation with the current squad, which is this seasons aim.

Hopefully have something to play for at the end of the season.

The new strike force will become potent by the new year once they have a solid run of games together Especially O`halloran.

The bookies have Inverness and ourselves as 4th and 5th favourites despite the current situation.

Dundee Utd 3/10
Raith 9/2
Partick 10/1
ICT 25/1
Pars 28/1
Airdrie 40/1
Ayr 40/1
Arbroath 50/1
Morton 50/1
Queens Park 66/1

For once will be cheering on the wee team hoping they beat Morton ,also hoping Morton pick up a few injuries and red cards too
Will take any advantage possible so we get the 3 points as it`s a few years since we picked up a Victory at Cappielow
Not that I am being selfish lol

Na, not having that. I don`t know anyone who religiously watches highlights of championship games.

I tend to watch the highlights of the other games on a Sunday or Monday night. Most clubs put their highlights on YouTube so it`s really easy to find them. Maybe I`m the weird one for wanting to keep an eye on our opponents.

Actually thought at the start of the season it might have been good to have a thread updated each week with the highlights of that weekends round of games, but especially those involving teams around us. I was too busy to do it though.

When Morton played us at EEP their bench was very threadbare, our former player Wilson came on at right back and was limping after 5 minutes.

I saw they beat Ayr at the weekend, hardly filling the bench, and a surprise result considering how Ayr played the previous week.

Rovers playing tonight could produce a surprise and hopefully exhaust them for Friday, seems a crazy fixture set up!

Any team could beat any other in this division, midtable finish for us maybe the play offs, but get some consistency and you never know!

As well as Morton v Raith there are two other Championship games tonight - Airdrie v Dundee United and Partick v Ayr United.

Utd and Rovers are pretty consistent.

If you`re looking at predicting the outcome for matches between the other 8 clubs, you`d be as well marking 3 balls with `home`, `away` and 'draw' and pulling them out a hat.

I`d take 8th at the moment we don`t have a striker who`s good enough for this level.

We are way off it atm, we don’t score goals and it’s costing us points. I imagine we will finish 8th possibly 7th. This season is a transition for me. The Germans had better wake up, the fans have been superb. Teams with much lower gates running around with better squads. January window is massive if we want to improve.

Just scoring a goal would be good. Raith 2 up just now and making it look easy.

They aren`t. We outplayed them and lost to a freak goal.

I’d suggest you look at the league table. That tells you clearly shows better than who.

I can see the table fine.
We just came through a spell with many key players missing. We dropped points.
They are returning. We will pick up points.
Even during that spell we only had two bad performances.
I don`t think Raith will take another point from us this season.
We were better than them on their patch. Simples.
