I don`t know if it is just lazy journalism, but Bullen is being tipped to be the new Sheffield Wednesday manager. Quite the step up, surely?

Not really. Makes sense for both him and the club.

LB didn`t get the job but the new manager is looking to appoint an experienced British coach -
`Sheffield Wednesday have appointed former Germany assistant coach Danny Rohl as their new manager. The 34-year-old replaces Xisco Munoz after the Spaniard was sacked last week having overseen the club`s worst ever start to a season. Munoz failed to win any of his 10 Championship games in charge and the Owls are seven points adrift of safety.
Rohl has previously worked as an assistant at RB Leipzig, Southampton and Bayern Munich. This is the German`s first managerial role and makes him the youngest boss in the English Football League. He has said he will bring four coaches from Germany and also look to appoint an experienced British coach to his staff.`
