new kit arrived and being used.
have not noticed any issues on video stream so far.
have seen some drops on the audio stream though, which we are investigating.

shelleypar, see note above "if you have any issues or queries,"
not disuputing you had issues, but they could be many things to look at. getting onto online support is your first port of call.
we constantly monitor the streams. and to be fair the audio stream seems to have a issue where it seems to stop for a few seconds.
the video stream itself went out and back to us without issue.
you will note my post above asking people to use Stream B to see if that makes any difference. were you able to try that
you need to tell us your email, lcoation, what device you were using, wifi/LAN, you location etc.

Once in each half I had an issue of it stuttering then jumping forward by a minute or two, but could easily have been my laptop or Internet connection. Didn`t miss anything thankfully, given that performance yesterday.

I personally experienced a bit of buffering both half`s. Jumped a couple of times too. But overall no real problem.
Raymies contribution during the matches helps enormously.
