If it’s selected for TV then it won’t be a Monday night as we play Arbroath on the 28th November

If the tv companies want us to play on the Monday, we’ll just need to rearrange the Arbroath game again.

Bigdonnie. I also was there, Louis B Thow was the ref. I think that after Stenhousemuir he was to frightened to call it off. To be fair to the home team they had a good first half. It was an interesting drive back to Alloa.

Was at Threave on a double decker. Got bricked in Dumfries on the way back. Long cold journey with the snow blowing in.

What was the name of the left back that day who missed the team bus down to Threave and had to take a taxi - then stiffed the club for the £70 fare ?
I heard that management were unimpressed - did DAFC settle up ?

Bobby Forrest was worth the £70 for his service and even his kind thoughts for the Pars even till now. Real Pars hero.

I was on the bus too. Bloody freezing on way home but we all made the best of it.
Great day out and remember someone chucking a bovril at Louis Thow as he came out, the directors sitting cosy on a bus outside the ground watching in and Johnny Watson scoring 4 goals!
