The Boatyard and Wetherspoons allow kids if you are having a meal I believe. Boatyard is a Restaurant and fairly expensive. Not sure about Tutties Neuk which is comfortably the closest pub to the ground I think they serve food too but it will be mobbed as it`s fairly small.
Pardon my ignorance I don`t know the rules re bringing kids into pubs.
