I`m sure we all want to aim higher but the Championship is a very competitive and entertaining league to be in. And next season, the prospect looks as if it might be even more well balanced than this season.
My guess is that the league may look like this.
(In alphabetical order)
Airdrie
Ayr Utd
Dunfermline
Falkirk
Inverness
Livingston
Morton
Partick Thistle
Queen`s Park
Raith Rovers

If that is how the league shapes up next season, we should consider that a season to chase the title. No one there should frighten us if we add to our core squad with a handful of decent signings.
The training centre and the youth academy should be up and running by the summer, so there is every reason for optimism in the camp.
Regular matches against Rovers and Falkirk would be tasty, and crowds at EEP could continue to increase.
In summary, it`s all good!

That line up is probably even money favourite, although the Rovers may have something to say about that. Better for us if they stay down. A rather better derby atmosphere than playing Ross County. Like Oz says, we needn`t fear any of these clubs. We saw off both the Rovers and Falkirk last time we were promoted to the top flight in 2011.
Time to reprise that feat.

Our challenge next season, as always, will depend on the signings we can make in the summer. I think the board should do their utmost in securing Walcott, Hayes and Kane on permanent deals if possible, all of which, imo have had a significant impact on our performances. In addition I think we need another decent forward and we will have a pretty strong squad.
Unfortunately some of the players who have been given long term deals have just not met the expectations required for this league.

I`m hoping Alloa might just scrape into the Championship next season through the playoffs - doubtful, however hope springs eternal.
Purely for selfish reasons - two "away" games just up the road.
I fancy a wee visit to the Recs (sorry, Indodrill Stadium) for their post season attempt to go up.
Would rather the Pars were in their playoffs of course.

Our challenge next season is to consolidate the squad without compromising the budget. I have every faith in McPake and his management team to accomplish that. And we certainly need to get the Club on a firmer financial footing.

I think next season the league will be the tightest it has ever been as any team could beat each other.
As Oz said our academy should be up and running and the players having a base with everything provided will be a boost and adding a bit of experience into the team will be required.
Looking forward to the Falkirk games coming back and hope Raith stay down as it will add more ££££ in the bank.

If the contract with BBC Scotland is still in force they`ll probably pick two of our home games against Falkirk and Raith to broadcast live which will reduce the commercial advantage to us of having them in the same League.

Was talking to a friend on Friday night about just this.
If Livvy come down, which looks likely & the Rovers stay down, its a cracker of a league & winnable for us & a few others.
Only down side is that the whole league could be as tight as 4th downwards this season lol but I think it`s quite intriguing that there would be no clear favourite.
Might be our time ..... (surely can`t have another horrendous injury season next year 🤞🏼)

I would be happier still if next season we are playing Raith in the Premiership, with United left behind in the Championship.
