 No ParsTV stream at Partick

There will be no stream on ParsTV on Saturday for overseas viewers.

Partick have offered ParsTV no gantry space, no power and no connectivity.

ParsTV would normally attempt to stream but feel in these circumstances that there would be stream failures.
