Great seeing Thomas Margetts U16 playing in goals… great prospect and hope we can keep him.

It was quite an entertaining game. QoS were decent and took their goals well but we had the majority of possession and should’ve taken something from the game. We just didn’t click in front of goal in contrast to last season’s fixture when the Sutherlands scored two goals each.
Our best player yesterday was John Tod who was very classy, poised and confident and made some good forward runs with the ball. Fisher and Cooper got replaced early, maybe with an eye to Saturday.

I take it the lads loaned out can still play for the reserves?

I hope Tod can put his injury behind him as he looked promising beforehand. Hopefully he can keep injury free and continue to improve as he was and he can challenge the first team in the not too distant future.
c'mon the pars
