If that had been Dunfermline defending, the forum would be in meltdown.

Don’t think you can blame Hanley for their goal . Great touch to take weight off cross and set up shot . Hanley and Souttar slid in to attempt block and seen from ground camera if anything Ralston could have made a better attempt to stop shot .

I think Ralston and Gordon thought each other was going to get the ball

I thought Ralston could have got it too , ok maybe he would have put it in the net but better to try than just let it go in !

You could see their goal coming a mile away. Sad thing is, we’ve had chances but our final ball has let us down. I’d get Adams on. He’s scoring goals in the Serie A.

Why was Hanley heading a fresh air ball for their second instead of jumping up to try block the header from Kramaric? 🤔

We saw one line, for about 3 seconds.

I had just put £20 on the draw at 18/1 too 😢

Because it’s Hanley, and regardless if he makes errors like that, he knows he’ll be in Clarke’s next starting 11

What`s happened to Jack Hendry? Is he injured or is he not selected because he plays in Saudi Arabia?

Been injured since start of year - along with Hickey and Tierney. Then add on Gunn and McGinn being injured doesn’t help much.

I`m not getting down too much on Scotland. By being in League A we are basically in Europe`s top 16. I don`t think anyone would suggest that`s accurate even with a full squad to chose from, so you`d expect us to finish bottom of the group quite easily. While we`re bottom with no points, we could have easily been on three or even more. And that`s without a lot of our better players. It`s frustrating and the football at times is deadly dull (quite similar to Dunfermline at times - get into a good area but go backwards, passes played into feet rather than into space, no composure in front of goal) but we are probably in the 17th-24th best team area and so we probably will be bouncing around Leagues A and B, making more Euros than not and occasionally troubling the World Cup. The biggest pain is that the results will mean we`ll likely be third seeds for WC qualifying but at least these games plus Spain home and away and Norway away have shown we can compete at this level.

We were anything but dull tonight and had the 4th best team in the world sweating throughout the game. As for the final offside what the **** for?

VAR is certainly inconvenient when it produces the correct decision - unfortunately.

I was there and didn`t have the benefit of a screen showing the VAR decision so would only go with my instinct that it was a brill goal

Was it the correct decision? I didn`t see a replay? So what if it was? You`d have to be utterly soulless not to to feel a bit of sympathy for us after that last night.

I think there`s lots of positives from the games so far. We`ve been competitive in them all. We attacked in them all (unlike the Euros) We have players to come back. A bit better final ball and we`d have got at least a point last night.

Was offside unfortunately.

Not too despondent either tbh - of course the current run isn`t great but at the same time, with the exception of Germany, none of these "big" teams are gubbing us.

The Nations League games, we`ve been in every game so far, and could easily have been sitting with 3 draws.

Overall tho - we`re not quite good enough but we`re not too far away either at this level.

Wasn`t expecting too much from the Nations League tbh but hopefully we can pick it up again in the next qualifying.

Onto Tuesday ....... 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👏🏼
