I don`t think Kane did a lot wrong with the header near the end. It was a good reflex save by the keeper.

If our manager thinks that display is acceptable against a Morton team with 6/7 1st team players missing then that’s a joke… We are utter dross at the moment and something needs to happen as he looks like a guy that’s given up!

Which players were missing? It`s more or less the same squad that beat Hamilton last week and the Rovers the week before.

Was a great move to be fair, right out from the back. Great ball from Otoo to NGenwa and a lovely hanging cross. Kane heads it firmly down but straight into the area where the keeper was unfortunately meaning all he had to do was stand his ground.

Shows we can be fluid and direct when we want to be.

What is our goal scoring record ? Lowest in Scotland .
Our attacking prowess , we made 1 clear goal scoring opportunity, and the striker headed it straight at the keeper.

Apparenty they were without Reynolds, Mullen, Ballentyne, Corr, Boyce, Shaw, Samuels and Crawford who would all be in or near their starting XI. The right full back was a teenager starting his first ever league game and is usually a midfielder.

In what way? Most people said we had more of the ball and created a fee openings - the keeper made 2 regularion saves in the first half and one in the second which is an improvement albeit it`s not saying much - and club tv highlights are always going to present things in a positive light but as the name suggests are only the best bits.

I wish we would mix corners up more and not rely so much on Chalmers for them. He offers no threat. On the other hand, being positive, I am pleased to see Oluwayemi between the sticks. He instils confidence, and his kick-outs allow the players the freedom to press further forward.

We had a decent-looking bench and are finally starting to look like a Championship squad. We have three-quarters of a season to prove ourselves.

It`s baby steps forward at the moment, but as long as we are not losing, we will pick up points.
