Im sorry but who asks these questions. We should be asking....
why was kane not included?
why did we play a midfielder in defence when we had fit ones on the bench?
Why are we not playing the only striker at the club scoring goals?

Instead we just let him waffle his usual guff. I usually like the club ones instead of pars TV ones as it usually asks better questions. But we just let him talk garbage instead of being held accountable for his decisions.

c'mon the pars

He sounded deflated more than anything but that’s been predominant for a few months now.

Didn’t want to blame the players - maybe he should? Not getting to the end of crosses has to be at the forefront of skills (despite two goal line clearances at the end).

I don’t know what the answer is.

Cammy, Kane failed a fitness test. The club announced it on X.

He can’t blame the players as they are his players, if they are not producing you can guess where the buck stops.

If they are good enough but not playing for him then you can guess where the buck stops.

He’s run out of ideas, doesn’t know his best team and I suspect the players have lost interest in playing the way he wants them.

three central defenders and he plays Hamilton who i thought had a stinker of a game apart from 1 tackle. If our captain is fit why are we not playing him

Didn’t mcpake say a fully fit squad yesterday? And all of a sudden Kane is late fitness test. We won’t win another league game under this clown, 3 CB’s on bench and we **** around with players out of position yet again.

The way he speaks, his body language, doesn`t come across as a leader who can inspire men.

He needs to show some fight and pride

Mcpake`s fault for selecting him week after week when he isn`t performing. Picking players like him will get you sacked.

There was one point we were on the counter with Matty and it honestly looked like Wighton was towing a truck the way he was trying to catch up

Wighton was unlucky with the cross from Hosler - inches in it.

On his heels as usual. That’s the kind of chance Kane burries because he’s clever enough to anticipate where the balls going. Wighton is absolutely hopeless & I hope he never pulls on that shirt again.

I doubt that playing the blame game will benefit anyone. The focus should be on how to get results. It`s first and foremost a game of football where the objective is to win. You need to score goals to win. You have to set up with that purpose in mind and develop that mindset within the team.

Yeah, I wouldn`t say that chance from the Ritchie-Hosler cross was unlucky - if he slid in, or threw himself at it, he might have got a touch on it and scored. As it was, it seemed like he tries to side foot it in but never gets close enough. Oh for a John Watson or an Andy Smith who would have burst a gut to make sure they got something on it and worked the keeper.

If you watch him in games he actually makes himself marked by standing beside a centre half it must be amazing to play against him.

It`s the same boring crap excuses after every game, I presume whoever is carrying out the interviews but surely it`s time to ask some relevant questions, why he keeps reverting to the same rubbish every week?
Why keep playing players out of position?
Why aren`t others being given the chance?
Does he think his jacket is on a shoogly nail?

The questions asked were middle of the road, what you expect from any club channel and pretty much what is wrong with media these days, it’s controlled by the clubs.

I’ve said it before but it beats me how Wighton is a pro. Awful. Can’t believe he never threw himself at that ball 😡

Wighton is the most lazy lacklustre player Iv seen in a pars shirt… feck of with McPake and the lot of the lazy erse players that know they will be out of contract next season…They don’t care!

If Wighton slides in or attempts to get in the end of it he gets a tap in.

His pressing is non existent, zero anticipation from him, he offers absolutely nothing to the team.

It’s not just Wighton that’s the issue, McCann apart from his goal offered next to nothing.

Defensively we gift so many chances as evident with the second goal.

Our “passing” is woeful and I mean 5-10 yard passes, be interesting to see how many we actually completed.

I really wonder what we actually work on in training.

That’s the worst thing. I agree. We’ve 0 plan when we’ve got the ball.

We looked more dangerous when we started going long but I think that’s because we were 2-0 down and the guys thought we better just get it up the park and everyone knew that’s what we are doing. A bad plan is always better than no plan.

I’d also note that any sort of organised press that we showed against Morton seemed to disappear today, which was frustrating because their keeper looked extremely dodgy with the ball at his feet
