This is certainly up there with the Pars comebacks at Airdrie (0-3 to 4-3) and Stenhousemuir (0-3 to 5-4).

Barca`s comeback to knock out PSG a few seasons back was pretty insane

Liverpool v Milan is always one, Man Utd v Bayern in 99 CL final as well.

But another incredible one was Liverpool overturning the 3-0 deficit to Barca after 1st leg of 2019 semi final winning 4-0 at Anfield.

Although the final result went against us, the Pars came back from 0-4 against Hibs in a league game at EEP in the mid `60s.

If memory serves it went to 5-5 then we thought Shug Robertson had scored the winner, it wasn`t given ( we wuz robbed) - Hibs broke away to score following a quick free kick.

I don`t mind anything like it, quite astonishing.

It`ll be in either the BBC or STV archives.

Aye, I wiz there, VEE. 0-4 at halftime and 2-5 with 15 mins left. We should have won 6-5 but the record books say we lost vby the same score. I was behind the Hibs goal at 5-5 when Shuggie "scored." Almost the entire Pars team went to the ref to protest that the ball had crossed the line. Meanwhile their keeper booted the ball upfield and the Hibs striker (Colin Stein?) ran through unchallenged to score their winner.

Aye, that was mental, Andrew, but Barca had 90 mins to claw back the 0-4 from the first leg. Similarly, much more time was available in the games Dave highlights. Another was Newcastle`s 4-4:draw at home to Arsenal after being 0-4 at HT.

What sets the game in this article apart is that Eaglescliffe scored 4 goals in added time. Truly astounding..... 😱
