Coach John McLaughlan`s comments are up on COWS. He was very complimentary about the contributions of the senior players Mehmet, Fisher, Fogarty and Young and thought Taylor Sutherland was `outstanding`. That`s us through to the next stage of the Cup which we won last season. The only downside was Andrew Tod had to be subbed after 4 minutes after suffering what looked like a nasty injury.

According to the Courier Tod`s injury is to his MCL. It still has to be fully assessed but is unlikely to benefit from surgery. He could be out for between three weeks and two months.
They are hoping McCann can train today to assess his fitness for tomorrow`s game.
