Seen some parts of seats getting chucked about in the away end, especially during goal celebrations, hope Falkirk are held to account and pay for any damages caused as am sure it won’t be cheap to fix these, a cost we don’t need

100 seats smashed and multiple Falkirk fans enjoyed a free night in the B&B off Sinclair Gardens last night.

My pal was in the Falkirk end and said their young team were smashing up seats while they were ruining the minutes applause

Also chucking flares about at Coady`s. Must have been a bit much for them visiting somewhere where the main mode of transport isn`t a horse and cart and the music comes out speakers rather than banjos.

We can console ourselves that the bumper away support really helps the kitty for the new manager!

Some amount of rubbish thrown behind our goalie in the second half. In the replay of the free kick he fluffed you can see coins hitting the floor too. Why were the Falkirk fans allowed to stand at the bottom of the away end like that? Glad to see all the stewards and police doing their jobs properly. How much money do they drain from the club again?

The woman steward with the yellow baseball cap got absolutely tore in to one of the pitch invaders after the second goal ... worth the admission money alone.

If you were sitting in the Norrie you’d have noticed the local constabulary were doing a fine job standing doing heehaw at the side of the security box at the side of the Main Stand. Leaving the G4S stewards to get on with it. Jobsworth.
Really do hope the club send Falkirk a bill for any damage done in the away end, mindless morons.

I`ve just seen photo of damaged seats in the NW - seems "our" bunch of mindless morons were also active last night.
Just been looking a photo again - maybe my source misidentified ?

I’m sure 1 was arrested after Bene’s goal from the NW and I think 1 was arrested or at least ejected from the building by the police just before KO for the pyro’s.
It does seem the NW was over policed compared to the away end but the club is trying hard to cut out unwanted behaviour

They should just eject 10 people in the vicinity of the Pyros. Soon it will be stopped as people will start calling it out.

or just shut the section/suspend the season tickets for those in the "section" given their refusal to condone the use of pyrotechnics.

…..and how would that be fair?? Totally ridiculous suggestion. I’ve never held a pyro in my life, or thrown an item onto the pitch, but I don’t condone it either….however if I was to go and “not condone it”, that will just bring more aggro onto me and could result in a sore face or all sorts of abuse or worse.
Here’s another suggestion….as soon as someone sets a pyro off….it’s pretty easy to work out who has done it or is doing it, it’s not like it’s a murder investigation or anything like that. Christ, people are standing their watching them. So those companies and organisations that are paid handsomely to ensure crowd safety (allegedly) should move in and eject the person(s) responsible. Or, if that’s deemed as an action which will antagonise crowd disorder, I’m sure a photo or video recording could be made and a fine and/or banning order could be easily sorted afterwards.
The truth of the matter is, clubs and authorities don’t want to deal with the problem. They want to tick boxes to say they are but in truth, like everything else in football, they accept it and turn a blind eye.
Here’s how the conversation should go:
“Right, (insert security company name), we have a continued problem of people letting off pyro in our stadium and your stewards not doing anything about it. If you want this contract to be renewed then I suggest you start cracking down. Moving forward, for every action that’s not dealt with, we will be taking money off the final bill as you are not following the terms of the contract.” You’ll soon see things being done.
It’s not up to Joe Public to tackle this problem and turn people into football vigilantes, that just gets other people into trouble, or criminal records themselves.

On Friday night a steward asked us whether we had any cans, bottles or pyros. No search, nothing. How we laughed......

As said a million times, it just puts the problem elsewhere.
If they shut the NW completely as happened before, it moves to the Norrie McCathie stand.
What if it happens there too?
Shut the Norrie stand?
If as you say just that section, they will choose another section to congregate as is traditional with football supporters going back decades.
Maybe just accept sh1t happens now and again and we get fines (like every other club btw)
