https://www.footboom1.com/en/news/football/2253324-james-bord-s-move-to-acquire-dunfermline-fc-gets-green-light-from-sfa

In what promises to be a significant shift in the landscape of Scottish football, the Scottish Football Association (SFA) is set to endorse the sale of Dunfermline Athletic FC to a consortium led by former professional poker player James Bord next week.

Bord, an astute entrepreneur, has negotiated a deal to take over the Championship side from the German investment group Fussball GmbH, which had placed the club on the market back in August.

The Hamburg-based owners first acquired a 30% stake in the East End Park outfit in 2020, subsequently increasing their involvement to 75% the following year. However, with Bord`s impending takeover, a new chapter awaits the club.

Reports suggest that Bord will be joined by fellow investors Wai Yin Kelly Kung and Justin Royce Harkema when they meet the SFA board to seek the necessary regulatory approval for the acquisition.

Headline is totally different from the rest of the article.
It states he has been given the "green light" but the rest of the article is how he hopes to get it.based on the full article not just the wee snippet from Brian.

Wonder who the other guys are. I see Justin Royce Harkema is currently involved with an investor company Q-Stone Partners that currently have a proposal to strike off.

I really hope these guys are coming to the club with good intentions. The fact they are pretty unknown worries me.

All 3 are listed as Directors at Cordoba CF in Spain who i believe Bord has a majority share in. Will certainly be interesting to see how things go but nothing happening at the club fills me with much confidence at present.

Ohana means family and family means DAFC 🖤🤍

Definitely a minority stake, the majority owner is Bahraini based.
