Many of us are saying that it’s possible that Bene & Hamilton ( and Chalmers) could feature less and the new boys will get more game time. If so that leaves us light on captain material ? Wotherspoon maybe? Is Comrie too quiet? Thoughts folks?

It needs to be someone who is a natural leader on the Park and who the players respect. It’s difficult to speculate who that might be tbh.

Probably goes to Comrie through seniority amongst the group.
I`d throw Otoo in there as well for consideration

Bene is a natural leader and imo played well today with the young lad from Leeds(he’s a player btw) beside him.
The problem is Bene has lost his pace after that brutal injury and isn’t the same but his positioning is decent.

Comrie and especially Otto will be away for £££ in the summer as they are decent players…then the new owners AI technology will come into place to identify players..

Getting a bit ahead of yourselves lads. No point in crowning a new king when the existing one is alive and well.

When Bene’s fit there’s no debate. Giving Wotherspoon a go might give him an extra spark of motivation to show us his best football.
