He wasn`t great but he was better than some of the other strikers we have tried since.

He could hold the ball up and had a bit of pace but his finishing was terrible. I remember one horrible miss in a streamed game at ICT.

Finishing was terrible, he always did the hard part well in keeping the ball under control while holding off the defender but then gave it away with a sloppy pass.

Another who had his head down quite often running down blind alleys.

PT have also sent Aaron Muirhead out on loan to Arbroath.

Would have been a great asset if he could finish and was more consistent. Unfortunately only had a good game every 5 games or so. Remember him being totally unplayable the night we beat Utd at EEP.

With Kanes fitness issues Jak could’ve been useful for us to add a bit more experience when Kane can’t play.

He was absolutely superb against United and could still be a good, experienced asset.

Always though Jak put in a shift and his running used to get us up the park when played on the left.

His game against United he played that lone striker role almost perfect that day.

Could have done a job for us currently.

Did anyone see Kane at EEP before the QP game. I thought it was standard that the players who were injured would still come to the ground. I didn’t see Kane but then again, I miss penalties, stamps on players ankles, etc. just like the referee and Lino I suppose from Saturday.
He could have the flu or COVID? 🤷‍♂️

Kane and the rest of the injured players were in the hospitality box nearest the away stand

He scored 2 goals all season in a 10 minute spell at Ayr and it’s got that bad folk would take him back.

He’d do very little in this team, he’s a runner with strength but very little else.

He’s a runner with strength down the left. Something we don’t have.

I’m not saying he’s an outstanding player but wouldn’t have been a bad option to have in our current situation.

Did great off the ball work and running, quite cute in being able to pull defenders away and shielding and holding the ball up.

His finishing was as bad as I`ve seen though, which is why he`s not in the top flight.

He`s had an awful time with injuries, but I`m glad he was with us for that short time, but to be honest, not offering a new contract was the correct decision.

Wish him luck, this is his last throw of the dice.

I`m sure it would`ve went down a storm on here if we`d signed him instead of Connor Young.

The .net police couldn`t wait to see the back of him last summer.

I`d have been tempted to have given him a year last summer.

Wouldn`t sign him now though having not been anywhere for 7 months which potentially contradicts my opening statement lol

C'mon Ye Pars!
