If I am right - you`ll no doubt correct me if I am not - Tidser and the new regime have been with us for six league games now.
The form table for that span of games makes interesting reading - we are fourth, behind Ayr, Livingston and Falkirk and just ahead of Airdrie.

I think we will continue to improve too. I`m not so up for the possibility of finishing 4th, as I was before dropping 6 points to QP and Hamilton, but it isn`t impossible.
If our next 3 games go well and Partick keeps dropping points, it could get interesting again.
Big ifs though.

I agree, I still think we will scrape through though -the damage was done before the season started and we are catching up.
I`m not going to go ballistic either if the next 2 games don`t go well, I think it will go to the wire, but I am hopeful about the future, and I think overall we have enough.
This is different than the last time, I think our existing players are decent honest pros, just not enough quality there for this league, our new guys have improved it , I never felt the need to be critical, because..let`s face it everyone knows there`s not many contracts getting renewed.

We have 4 of the last 6 games at home against Hamilton, Partick, Livi and Airdrie.
I can see us picking up a few points in they games with wins against Hamilton and Airdrie.

Could see a possibility of the last game away to Morton with maybe both teams being 8th and 9th. Anything is possible in this league. Anyone can beat anyone on there day in this league

do we not have a good record againts the top 4 ,
I think this is because we go for those teams as there`s little to lose Vs in a tight game between two teams in the bottom end.

Only played 1 of the top 4 under the new regime, 2 of the next 3 are against the top 4 teams and an away derby so in order to keep picking up points we’ll need to do better than previous games against those teams.
Get something, anything from those games then it’s an easier run in on paper. In this league there will be a few dead rubbers in the last 4 rounds of games and then teams resting players if they have made the playoffs etc, plenty surpise results to come.
Still to close to call for me whether we will get enough to finish above Hamilton. At least airdrie look done now.

Considering we got a point away from home in the one game Tidser has been in charge against a top 4 side, maybe we`ll do OK in the remaining games against top 4 sides. It`s football - results don`t necessarily follow league positions, or it would be dull and predictable.
