 Meeting today?
Topic Originator: RMGpar

I’ve heard whispers there is a meeting taking place today? Anyone confirm? Hopefully it’s not just a review of the game, although the players are not back in till Monday!

I don’t know how you could review that compared to the games before his arrival and not think it’s no working

Like it’s been said elsewhere, maybe he’s admitting he’s out his depth and handing his notice in.

There cannot be a case for him surviving any longer! Look at the state of his body language that the cameras picked up! Caught taking snuss as well. It is a completely bad look. He looks totally lost and broken. Getting the assistant to do the post-match interview as well! There was hee-haw wrong with him. He is a coward as well as incompetent. If he hasn`t been sacked I`ll not be watching a single Pars game until he is.

You`ve absolutely no idea if he was ill or not. It was a complete sh1t show on the park but there is little merit in making things up to make yourself more angry.

Again, you`ve no idea if he was or not.

It was a gutless display last night - so there`s plenty to be angry about just by sticking to what we do know.

One of the worst things about this forum is that, if people don`t know the facts, they make certain assumptions and base their opinions on those. Inevitably those assumptions are then taken as `facts`. It`s not confined to this forum, it`s the way social media works, but that doesn`t make it right.

Do we not have a supporters rep on the board? Is his only reason on being at the club to liaise and update the fans? Not heard a thing from him. Perhaps it’s time for a change with the PST role now as well.

What I struggle to understand is that saying he was ill when all he had was a sore throat surely if he wanted to still communicate what went wrong and his feelings on it surely he could have got a computer phone or even if it was a pen and a bit paper and wrote it down. So at least the fans still have something to go on the club website and read from him. But for him also not to come over to the fans at the end of the game to just send his players over to get the abuse and to sending his assistant out to talk to parstv he’s just got to admit he’s out of his depth.

Not the first time he’s avoided the away fans. You’d think he would appreciate the effort they’ve made (the team always do) even if he hasn’t.

He’s prob been told not to do these in the heat of the moment after he slated the players a month or so ago.

Looks to me the players are trying to get him out the door as soon as they can.

It’s nicotine pouches you put under your top lip and it slowly releases nicotine.

Time and a place for certain things. That was not the time nor the place to be shoving snus in your gub.

It`s a new fad like boys cutting holes in socks, putting that vicks vapour rub on the chest of your strip or even further back those wee nasal strips Robbie Fowler used to wear.

Didn`t think the nicotine ones were illegal just tobacco ones? Basically gives you a quick dunt as it`s absorbed into the blood stream quickly through the gums. Been a big thing in US sport for years, baseball in particular.

Bigger things to worry about than that to be honest.

I cant lie may be a time and place, maybe hes trying to combat addiction or something idk, it helped my mate stop smoking tbf, and it is defo not illegal or 60% of footballers nowadays would be scunnered, i think worrying if hes putting snus in his mouth is tbh the least of ur concerns, maybe one day he comes over and tells off folk who consitently vape in the norrie off, doesnt matter becausr its a nothing thing imo

Also i know alot of people who use snus as a way to destress instead of smoking so maybe that was the reason, as i said no biggie

Speaking of meetings, I’m surprised to see Callum Davidson has been sacked from Queen’s Park.

Dont think it will be the proper stuff, will be the tobacco cream stuff that is sold along with vapes and fags behind the counters these days. Its like a paste product.

I wonder if the fact Davidson has been sacked will have any significance on any questions over Tidser?

For example we know Kettlewell and Murray will be linked with QP and surely our board must be weighing up their options.

Imagine Murray gets the QP gig and they start winning games and scoring goals.

Didn’t cook say he thought mulgrew was doing a great job at kelty?

I’m not sure who the owners would go for next, surely lessons would be learned but 3 managers later…..

I fancy we’ll only sack Tidser and give it to John Mc if airdrie catch us. So by then there’s only going to be 2-3 games left if they catch us at all. If not then Tidser will take us into the playoffs.

Tidser will be telling the owners the players are dross but give him the summer and they will all be away and next season will be much improved. Of course this only works if he has a say in who is coming in.
