How refreshing is to have owners who seem to actually care about the needs and wants of the fans. Under the Germans it seemed totally that didn’t have a care in the world for why us fans wanted. The new owners have come in signed a multitude of new players ( ok some aren’t great) but at least it causes a bit of excitement as fans where screaming out for new signings. The appointment of Tidser was a mistake but at least they have realised the mistake and got shot of him quickly in which the Germans would definitely have had him till the end of the season. Fans where asking for experience to guide us away from league 1 now they have gone a got probably the most expensive candidate they could get. It just nice to see owners that seem to listen to our concerns. Plus I’m sure if Lennon does come in he can get a better tune out of these players. If he stays m looking forward to how he can progress players like Connor young and Keith bray next season.

Agree and with that ...and with the Lennon appointment hopefully shake up this club from top to bottom to top.
Lennons first job is to wake up the players.

Totally agree, but it`s a delicate line, if he keeps us up, the squad will need a full refresh, but at a cost, will owners support it. If we go down will he stay

I think it`s already been mentioned that he`s here to keep us up,if he fails he moves on,if he succeeds he signs a 3 year contract.
It`s certainly a statement appointment, and even for just 7 games he won`t be cheap. He`s taking a big risk himself by potentially having a relegation on his CV. He`s been away from Scotland for a while but I don`t think that matters. He`ll definitely be respected by the players so hopefully no more slacking off. I`m optimistic he can keep us up and form us into a team with focus and direction.
If it all goes boobs up then he moves on and we go for a different kind of manager to bring us back up at the first attempt.
The new owners seem to willing to splash the bucks which is good for us but maybe not for their own bank balance. I`d be interested to see how much they`ve pumped into Cordoba (?). If we stay up I`ll send them a letter begging them to get us Zidane jr on loan, purely because it would be cool.

I think the new owners are showing they are not shy to make quick decisions and also not shy at spending money. This will be the first time we’ve had decent investment since Yorkston.
Can already see there is a bit of excitement with this appointment. Cautiously optimistic to see how it unfolds from here.
Surely next season we’ll have a competitive budget to challenge for promotion.
